If you spend long hours at a desk, at a computer, or looking down at your phone, your back becomes more rounded. That’s not our spine’s natural shape and it indicates a weakening of your shoulder area and upper back muscles.
But, we have a simple and fun exercise you can do to keep your spine healthy despite the hardship our modern lifestyles put it through. You can do this “stop and moose” exercise at the gym, or even at home or work if you have two bands handy.
