Community Policies



Paying for, Changing, and/or Cancelling Your Membership  

Apex Wellness memberships are month-to-month agreements. Unlike many fitness venues, we don’t ask for long-term contracts. We ask only for advanced notice of member-level changes or membership cancellations so we can continue to accommodate our entire gym community.

Member-level changes or cancellations need to be made by email at least 30 days in advance of the desired change. Changes or cancellations given less than 30-days of your billing date will become effective following the next payment cycle.

Your membership is conveniently auto-drafted for you on the first of every month.

Due to the very engaged and applied nature of our business, no refunds or exchanges for services are possible.

Cost (effective March 2019)

1:1 Training (Trainer has no other clients during session)

Level 1: $349/month (1 session/week)

Level 2: $699/month (2 sessions/week)

Level 3: $999/month (3 sessions/week)

2:1 or 3:1 Training (Trainer coaches personal workouts for up to 3 clients)

Level 1: $219/month (1 session/week)

Level 2: $399/month (2 sessions/week)

Level 3: $589/month (3 sessions/week)


Cancellations/Changes, No-Shows, and Unused Sessions

Please give your trainer at least 8 hours notice for any session change (day or time) you want to make. Our trainers try everything to accommodate these requests while still honoring other clients’ schedules. Less than 8 hours notice will result in the session being counted as complete, even if you didn’t attend.

Any session included in your member level that is not completed by month's end can be made up the next month, in addition to your normally billed sessions. Again, we will do everything within reason to accommodate your schedule and fulfill uncompleted sessions, up to two per member per month. These make-up sessions are not deductible from a future month’s payment (ex: as a “credit” or prorated membership).
